香辛植物精油对常见呼吸道致病菌气相抗菌作用的研究

Antibacterial Activity of Vapour-phase Essential Oil against Respiratory Pathogens

摘要: 采用气相熏蒸法研究了13种香辛植物精油对6种常见呼吸道致病菌的气相抗菌作用。实验结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌3种革兰氏阳性呼吸道致病菌对13种植物精油均敏感,特别是芳樟油、薄荷油(亚洲)、山苍籽油抗菌活性很高,MIC和MBC仅为250 μL/L;与革兰氏阳性呼吸道致病菌比较,大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌3种革兰氏阴性呼吸道致病菌明显对13种植物精油不太敏感,特别是铜绿假单胞菌需要较高的浓度才能被抑制或杀灭,迷迭香油对3种革兰氏阴性呼吸道致病菌抗菌活性较高,MIC和MBC为1000 μL/L。可见,香辛植物精油通过气相熏蒸对常见的革兰氏阳性呼吸道致病菌表现出较好的抗菌活性。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the antibacterial activity of essential oils against respiratory pathogens in vapour phase. In vitro antibacterial activity against three Grampositive strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Hemolytic streptococcus) and three Gram-negative strains (Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) was evaluated by disc volatilization method.The antibacterial tests indicated that Gram-positive bacteria were sensitive to all thirteen essential oils.Particularly linalyl oil,peppermint oil and litsea cubeba oil showed the best activities,which expressed the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBC) at 250 μL/L.While Gram-negative microorganism were less sensitive and P.aeruginosa was the least inhibited,the most effective essential oil was rosemary oil against Gram-negative microorganism,which held MIC and MBC at 1000 μL/L.Therefore,It was concluded that the investigated essential oils in vapour phase are significant in control of common Gram-positive respiratory pathogens.
