摘要: 首次从烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)叶的提取物中分离得到2个异戊二烯化的黄酮类成分,通过多种现代波谱技术确定其结构为:4′Omethylatalantoflavone(1)和atalantoflavone(2)。化合物1和2均显示出了一定的抗HIV1的生物活性

Abstract: Two isoprenylated flavonoid,4′Omethylatalantoflavone(1),and atalantoflavone(2),were isolated from leaves of Nicotiana tabacum.Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods.Both compounds 1 and 2 exhibited certain antiHIV1 activities.
