甜茶中化学成分及降血糖活性的研究

摘要: 通过水提醇沉、色谱分离等方法从甜茶(Rubus suavissimus S.Lee)中分离得到4个化合物,根据氢谱(1H NMR)、碳谱(13C NMR)、质谱(MS)等波谱分别鉴定为绣球酚、(E)2(4羟苯乙烯基)苯酚、原儿茶酸和莽草酸,其中除原儿茶酸外,其他三种均为首次从甜茶中发现。随后以小鼠血糖为指标对绣球酚的降糖活性进行了初步研究,发现与高血糖模型组比较,给药1 w和2 w时绣球酚具有明显的降糖活性(P<0.05);与阳性对照组相比,给药2 w后绣球酚降糖效果逊于苯乙双胍片。

Abstract: To investigate the constituents of Rubus suavissimus S.Lee ,chromatographic techniques including open column,HPLCand recrystallization were employed in the isolation and purification.As a result,four constituents were obtained,and their structures were elucidated as hydrangenol(I),(E) 2(4hydroxy styrene) phenol(II),Protocatechuic acid (III)and Shikimic acid(IV) by spectral analysis and physical and chemical properties.Three compounds were obtained from Rubus suavissimus S.Lee for the first time except protocatechuic acid.And then to observe the effect of hydrangenol on blood glucose in mice.It has been found that hydrangenol has a significant hypoglycemic effect at 1w and 2w after the administration (P<0.05).
