摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以内蒙古阿拉善盟15个样地的大白刺果实为研究对象，建立了测定大白刺果实总糖含量的测定方法。采用苯酚硫酸法测定大白刺果实总糖的含量，并对其进行方法学考察，结果表明该方法具有良好的精密性、重现性和稳定性，其中平均回收率为97.38%，RSD=0.35%，该方法为大白刺果实中总糖的测定提供了一种快速简便的技术；15个样地大白刺果实总糖平均为7.16％，不同样地之间存在一定差别，其含量可为今后区分和鉴别大白刺果实提供一些技术参考。

Abstract: In this study,different origin of Nitraria roborowskii Kom.fruit in Alxa League were determined by phenolsulfuric acid method and the wavelength was 510 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that the RSD of Precision,Reproducibility and stability were 0.23％,4.93% and 1.35%,respectively.Especially the average recovery was 97.38％ and the RSD was 0.35%,this method provided a quick and convenient technique for the determination of total sugar content.The total sugar content of N.roborowskii Kom.fruit was an average of 7.16％,and the results provided certain scientific basis for further efficiency of research and development of N.roborowskii Kom.fruit．
