摘要:

槲皮素是一种广泛存在于植物中的黄酮类化合物,因其具有潜在的延缓衰老作用而受到科研界的广泛关注。衰老是一个复杂的生物过程,涉及多种生理和病理变化,且其对人类健康的影响日益受到重视。近年来的研究表明,槲皮素通过多种机制发挥其延缓衰老效果,这些机制包括抗氧化、抗炎、调节细胞凋亡及促进自噬等。这些机制共同作用,有助于减缓衰老过程,并可能改善相关疾病的发生发展。此外,槲皮素通过与肠道微生物组的相互作用,改善胃肠道环境来维持机体健康发挥延缓衰老的作用。本文综述了槲皮素的延缓衰老潜在机制及在不同人群(如老年人、慢性病患者)中的用药情况,旨在总结当前研究进展,探讨其应用前景,并为相关研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Quercetin is a flavonoid compound widely present in plants and has attracted extensive attention in the scientific research community due to its potential anti-aging effect.Aging is a complex biological process involving various physiological and pathological changes,and its impact on human health is receiving increasing attention.Recent studies have shown that quercetin exerts its anti-aging effects through multiple mechanisms,including antioxidation,anti-inflammation,regulation of apoptosis and promotion of autophagy,etc.These mechanisms work together to help to slow down the aging process and may improve the occurrence and development of related diseases.In addition,quercetin exerts an anti-aging effect by interacting with the gut microbiome and improving the gastrointestinal environment to maintain the health of the body.This article reviews the potential mechanisms of quercetin in delaying aging and its medication in different populations (such as the elderly and patients with chronic diseases),aiming to summarize the current research progress,explore its application prospects,and provide references for related studies.
