Optimization of Water Extraction Process of Saponins from Shenqi Fufang Granular by Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,在单因素试验基础上,采用3因素3水平的响应曲面分析法,考察了料液比、提取时间及提取次数对参芪复方颗粒水提效果的影响。结果表明,在料液比(m/V)1:10,提取3次,每次60 min的条件下,综合评分可达98.90,为最佳提取工艺。该优选水提工艺稳定,合理可行,可用于参芪复方中各药材有效成分的提取。

Abstract: Based on the results of single factor test,response surface methodology with 3 factors and 3 levels was applied according to Box-Behnken experimental design principle.The experimental programs were designed to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction duration and times of extraction on water extraction of Shenqi Fufang granular (SFG).The results showed that the optimal extraction process was solid /liquid ratio (m/V) 1:10,extracted three times with 60 min each time.Under the optimal conditions,the composite score achieved up to 98.90.This optimized process was stable,reasonable and feasible.It can be used as an effective method for the extraction of other medicinal materials from SFG.
