顶坛花椒不同优良单株微量元素测试研究

Trace Elements of Different Superior Individual of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dingtanensis

摘要: 以贵州花江峡谷地区特有经济树种顶坛花椒为研究对象,按海拔、坡向因素调查选取3个群体30个单株,采用多重比较、变异系数、相关分析、聚类分析等方法,分析顶坛花椒微量元素含量群体间和群体内的变异特征和变异规律。结果表明,顶坛花椒微量元素含量在群体间和群体内均存在丰富的变异。顶坛花椒3个群体6种微量元素含量的平均变异系数为10.37%,Ca含量(19.50%)和Cu含量(18.20%)变异系数较大,这两个微量元素含量最不稳定;Fe含量(2.01%)变异系数最小,在本研究测试的6种微量元素含量种最为稳定。相关分析表明两微量元素含量间无显著相关关系。对30个单株6个性状的聚类分析表明顶坛花椒微量元素含量的变异无空间特异性。研究结果为顶坛花椒种质资源的评价、利用及遗传改良提供了依据。

Abstract: 6 trace elements were tested for 30 individuals in 3 populations of Zanthoxylum planispinum var.dingtanensis from Guizhou Huajiang gorge area,the variation patterns of within and among populations was studied by using multicomparison,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were significantly differences among populations and among individuals within populations of Z.planispinum var.dingtanensis.The average variation in coefficient of variance(CV)among 6 trace 10.37%,CV of Ca(19.50%)and Cu(18.20%)were larger,They are unstable,CV of Fe(2.01%)was small and.Stable.Correlation analysis showed that between two trace elements had no significant correlation.The cluster analysis of 6 phenotypic characters of 30 individual plants showed that there was no spatial specificity for the variation of trace elements in Z.planispinum var.dingtanensis populations.The present study provided a scientific basis for the evaluation and use of germplasm resources,and genetic improvement of Z.planispinum var.dingtanensis.
