珍珠黄玉米脂肪酸成分GC/MS分析及生物活性研究

GC/MS Analysis of Organic Acids and Bioactivities of the Extract of the Seeds of Zea mays

摘要: 为了研究巴马珍珠黄玉米脂肪酸成分及其抗炎和神经保护作用,采用溶剂法提取巴马珍珠黄玉米脂肪酸成分,采用衍生物制备方法进行衍生化。通过气相色谱质谱联用法分析巴马珍珠黄玉米脂肪酸成分,用面积归一化法获得各脂肪酸成分的相对百分含量。巴马珍珠黄玉米提取物中鉴定了7个脂肪酸成分的结构及相对含量,其中5个脂肪酸酯,相对含量较高的亚油酸乙酯占50.29%,亚麻酸乙酯占31.45%,棕榈酸乙酯占1214%,亚油酸酯和亚麻酸酯占总脂肪酸衍生物的81.74%。珍珠黄玉米提取物在实验剂量下没有细胞毒活性,珍珠黄玉米提取物具有抗炎和神经保护作用。

Abstract: In order to research the chemical composition and the bioactivities of the extract of the seeds of Zea mays cultivated in Bama of Guangxi province,the fatty acid derivatives were isolated by solvent extraction method and analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry method and principal components analysis was adopted to investigate their compositions.Cytotoxic,antiinflammatory and neuroprotective activities were studied on the extract.7 peaks were detected and 5 components were identified as fatty acid esters according to their mass analysis.The results showed that the relative amount of fatty acid esters was higher in the lowboiling substances in the seeds of Z.mays.The amount of(Z,Z)9,12octadecadienoic acid esters and(Z,Z,Z)9,12,15octadecatrienoic acid esters is up to 81.74% of total fatty acid derivatives.The extract of the seeds of Z.mays have no toxic,have antiinflammatory and neuroprotective activities.
