摘要: 紫化茶树是一种特异的茶树种质资源,富含具有多种生理活性的花青素。本文综述了紫化茶树生理生化、花青素生物合成途径及影响因素,旨在为进一步探明茶树花青素合成和代谢的调控机理奠定基础。

Abstract: As a kind of special germplasm resource,the purple shoots of tea plant contain anthocyanins with multiple physiological activities.In this review,the physiology and biochemistry of purple shoots of tea plant,and biosynthesis pathway and influencing factors of anthocyanins were summarized,in order to lay the foundation for further research of the regulation mechanism of anthocyanin synthesis and metabolism in tea plants.
