太子参茎叶多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effects of Radix pseudostellariae Stem and Leaf Polysaccharide on Immune Function of Immunosuppressed Mice

摘要: 本试验旨在研究太子参茎叶多糖(RPSLP)对环磷酰胺(CY)所致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。将100只小鼠随机分组,腹腔注射CY复制免疫抑制小鼠模型,模型小鼠经RPSLP灌胃后,制备脾淋巴细胞悬液,测定脾淋巴细胞的增殖;收集血清,检测相关免疫指标。结果显示,与CY模型组相比,RPSLP小鼠脾脏指数极显著降低(P<0.01),胸腺指数、吞噬指数α、脾细胞增殖指数SI、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)、补体(C3、C4)和细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-γ)含量均不同程度升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。以上结果提示RPSLP能够提高CY所致免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能。

Abstract: This study was designed to elucidate the immuno-enhancement effects of Radix pseudostellariae stem and leaf polysaccharide (RPSLP) in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CY) treatment.100 mice were randomly divided,the immunosuppressed mice were given CY via intraperitoneal injection.Then the ratio of splenocytesproliferation in immunosuppressed mice was assayed and the immunological indexes in serum of mice were detected.The results showed that compared with CY model group,the spleen index in RPSLP group of mice was significantly decreased (P<0.01);the thymus index,phagocytic index,splenocyte proliferation,immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM),complement (C3、C4) and cytokines (IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IFN-γ) content were significantly increased in different degree (P<0.05 or P<0.01).In conclusion,RPSLP enhanced the immune function of immunosuppressed mice induced by CY treatment.
