盐地碱蓬的化学成分研究

摘要: 采用硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法从盐地碱蓬乙醇提取液中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、没食子酸(3)、槲皮素(4)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)和苯甲醇-β-D-吡喃糖苷(6)。以上化合物均为首次从碱蓬属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: Six compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall. On the basis of spectral analysis, they were identified as β-sitosterol (1), daucosterol (2), gallic acid (3), quercetin (4), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (5), and phenylcarbinol-β-D-glucopyranosid (6). All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
