摘要: 白藜芦醇作为一种存在于植物中的天然产物可能可以预防癌症、心血管、炎症等疾病,并提升机体免疫力和抗氧化能力。随着体内实验的深入研究,白藜芦醇更多的功效潜能被挖掘而成为研究热点。该综述阐述了白藜芦醇在体外和体内实验的结论来分析其对生物体的药理作用以及产生这些功效的机制,为白藜芦醇进一步的研究以及相关功能性产品开发提供依据。

Abstract: Interest in the pharmacological effects of phytochemicals,especially these dietary factors,has increased dramatically.During the course of compound identification,resveratrol (3,4′,5-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene),a naturally occurring phytoalexin,has emerged to hold promise for its potent functions to disease prevention in vitro and in vivo.This review presents most of milestones in resveratrol studies so far,discusses its underlying mechanisms of action,and highlights the pharmacologic action in disease prevention.
