海洋真菌Eurotium amstelodami SCSIO 151二酮哌嗪吲哚生物碱类次生代谢产物的研究

摘要: 利用色谱层析技术从海洋真菌SCSIO 151的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到5个echinulin类生物碱,经MS及NMR波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为variecolorin G(1)、isoechinulin A(2)、isoechinulin B(3)、neoechinulin E(4)、neoechinulin B(5)。菌株SCSIO 151经18s rDNA序列分析比对鉴定为Eurotium amstelodami。本文首次报道了海洋真菌Eurotium amstelodami SCSIO 151固态发酵生产echinulin类生物碱。

Abstract: Five echinulin-type compounds,variecolorin G (1),isoechinulin A (2),isoechinulin B (3),neoechinulin E (4),neoechinulin B (5) were isolated from a marinederived fungus SCSIO 151,which was identified as Eurotium amstelodami on the basis of its 18s rDNA sequence.The structures of compounds 1-5 were elucidated by a combination of 1D NMR,2D NMR and MS techniques.This paper was the first report of echinulin-type alkaloids produced by Eurotium amstelodami SCSIO 151 fermented in solid culture medium.
