摘要:

利用多种现代色谱技术从东乡野生稻内生球毛壳菌Chaetomium globosum S108的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离纯化得到7个化合物,采用ESI-MS、NMR等波谱解析技术将其鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(1)、6-hdroxymellein(2)、chaetomugilin D(3)、chaetomugilin S(4)、chaetoviridin A(5)、球毛壳素A(6)、6-O-demethyl-5-deoxyfusarubin(7),其中化合物27为首次从球毛壳菌属中分离得到。采用CCK-8法对化合物单体进行了黑色素瘤B16细胞株抑制实验,首次发现化合物2具有较强的抑制活性,IC50为2.24 μmol/L。

Abstract:

Seven compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate extract of endophytic fungus Chaetomium globosum S108 of Dongxiang wild rice by various chromatographic techniques.The compounds were identified as dioctyl phthalate (1),6-hydroxymellein (2),chaetomugilin D(3),chaetomugilin S(4),chaetoviridin A(5),chaetoglobosin A (6),6-O-demethyl-5-deoxyfusarubin(7) by ESI-MS,NMR and other spectroscopic analysis techniques.Compounds 2 and 7 were reported from genusChaetomium for the first time.The antitumor activities of the isolated compounds were tested by CCK-8 assay.The results showed that compound 2 could seriously inhibit the proliferation of melanoma B16 cell line for the first time,with IC50 value of 2.24 μmol/L.
