LC-ESI-MS/MS鉴定菥蓂中芥子油苷及有机酸类成分

Identification of Glucosinolates and Organic Acids in Thlaspi arvense L.by LC-ESI-MS/MS

摘要: 本文利用高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(LC-ESI-MS/MS)联用技术,对菥蓂中的主要化学成分进行了鉴定。采用Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18(150×2.1 mm,3 μm)色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙睛(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.35 mL/min,检测波长为254 nm;电喷雾质谱在线检测,正离子和负离子模式下采集数据。共分析鉴定10个芥子油苷类成分和11种有机酸类成分,其中有6对同分异构体,9个芥子油苷类成分为该植物中首次发现。本方法准确、快速、有效,为菥蓂的后续研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify the main components of Thlaspi arvense L.by LC-ESI-MS/MS.The separation was performed on Thermo Scientific Syncronis C18 column (150mm×2.1mm,3 μm),with a mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B) for gradient elution.The analysis was performed in positive and negative ion mode using full scan mode with ESI source.Ten glucosinolates and eleven organic acids were well separated and identified from the extracts of T.arvense.9 glucosinolates were identified for the first time from T.arvense including six pairs of structural isomers.The new method was accurate,rapid and effective.It laid the foundation for further research of T.arvense.
