盘龙七片中抗炎镇痛生物碱类成分同时测定的方法学研究

摘要:

采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术,对盘龙七片抗炎镇痛生物碱类成分进行表征,共表征出17种生物碱成分;根据表征的结果建立UPLC-ESI-MS/MS定量分析方法以用于盘龙七片质量分析评价,结果表明17种生物碱在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,r≥0.9 990,仪器精密度、方法重复性、供试品稳定性均良好,平均加样回收率为86.42%~112.75%,RSD为1.49%~5.59%(n= 6)。本研究所建立的方法准确、重复性良好,可用于盘龙七片中17种生物碱的定量测定,为完善盘龙七片质量控制的潜在新指标提供了参考。

Abstract:

The ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) technology was utilized to identify the anti-inflammatory and analgesic alkaloids components of Panlongqi tablets,and a total of seventeen alkaloids components were characterized;based on the characterization results,UPLC-ESI-MS/MS quantitative analysis method was established for the quality analysis of Panlongqi tablets.The results showed that seventeen alkaloids had good linear relationship in their respective concentration ranges,r≥0.9990,the average recoveries rate was 86.42%-112.75%,the RSDs of 1.49%-5.59% (n=6).The method established in this study is accurate and reproducible for the quantitative determination of seventeen alkaloids in Panlongqi tablets,which provides a reference for the improvement of potential new indicators for quality control of Panlongqi tablets.
