Box-Behnken优化痹痛宁凝胶膏剂基质处方研究

摘要: 利用Box-Behnken设计,以初黏力为评价指标,对凝胶膏剂处方进行优选。优选出痹痛宁凝胶膏剂基质的最佳处方为聚丙烯酸钠:高岭土:甘氨酸铝:柠檬酸=1.1:1.3:0.09:0.14,最佳处方的初黏力平均值为3.30 cm,与预测值的平均相对误差为2.30%。表明Box-Behnken设计适用于痹痛宁凝胶膏剂基质处方的优化,优化出的最佳处方具有较好的初黏力,为痹痛宁凝胶膏剂的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract: Taking the early adhesion as evaluation indexes to optimize the prescription of Bitongting Cataplasm by Box-Behnken design.The optimal ratioof the prescription of Bitongting Cataplasm was as follows:PAAS:Kaolin:Aluminum glycinate :Citric acid =1.1:1.3:0.09:0.14.The optimal prescription showed that the average value of early adhesion was 3.30 cm,and the average relative error value was 2.30%.The optimal prescription had good early adhesive.It is indicated that Box-Behnken design was suitable for the optimization of Bitongting Cataplasm prescription.This study provided the foundation for the development of new prescription of Bitongting Cataplasm.
