侧金盏花中虾青素的提取工艺研究

摘要: 虾青素是一种天然类胡萝卜素,主要从海洋动物的废弃物中提取,及通过藻类及红发夫酵母生产所得。目前发现侧金盏花中虾青素含量很高,本文建立了一种从侧金盏花颗粒中提取虾青素的方法。通过单因素试验考察了从侧金盏花中提取虾青素的最优提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间、料液比对提取率的影响,在单因素实验基础上确定正交试验因素及水平,对提取条件进行优化。实验结果表明,各因素对侧金盏花中虾青素提取率的影响程度依次为:提取温度>料液比>提取时间;提取的最佳工艺条件:提取溶剂为乙酸乙酯,提取温度为40 ℃,料液比为1:35(w/w),提取时间3 h,在此条件下虾青素的提取达到了81.7%。

Abstract: Astaxanthin is a kind of natural carotenoids,main extracted from marine animal wastes,algae and red hair,yeast production.In this study,a method was developed for the extraction of astaxanthin from Adonis amurensis. Based on single factor experiments,the effects of extraction solvent,extraction temperature,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of astaxanthin were further investigated using orthogonal tests.Experimental results showed that the extraction conditions affected the extraction in the following order:extraction temperature > solid-liquid ratio > extracting time.The optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:extraction solvent was ethyl acetate,and extraction temperature 40 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1:35 (w/w),the extraction time of 3 h.Under the optimized extraction conditions,the extraction yield of astaxanthin reached 81.7%.
