傣药翅荚决明树皮中一个新异喹啉生物碱及其细胞毒活性

摘要: 对傣药翅荚决明Cassia alata树皮的化学成分进行研究。运用硅胶、凝胶、MCI-gel树脂及PR-HPLC 等多种色谱技术从95%的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了一个新的异喹啉生物碱类化合物,该化合物命名为 3-hydroxy-1-(7-hydroxy-6-methoxyisoquinolin-1-yl)propan-1-one (1),中文名为翅荚决明(1)。生物活性测试中,其对NB4、A549、SHSY5Y、PC3和MCF7的IC50值分别为2.2、1.6、3.8、5.3和1.6 μM。翅荚决明(1)为新化合物,并且表现出一定的细胞毒活性。

Abstract: A new isoquinoline alkaloids (1),has been isolated from the bark of Cassia alata by using various chromatographic techniques.Compound 1 is a new compound,determined as 3-hydroxy-1-(7-hydroxy-6-methoxyisoquinolin-1-yl)propan-1-one,and it displayed cytotoxicity against NB4,A549,SHSY5Y,PC3 and MCF7 cell lines with IC50 values of 2.2,1.6,3.8,5.3 and 1.6 μM,respectively. 
