厚朴酚抗肿瘤机制的研究进展

摘要: 厚朴酚作为传统中药厚朴的主要成分之一,已经被证实具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,且毒性较低,在抗肿瘤药物的研究中引起了广泛的关注。厚朴酚能够抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和分化,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤的转移和肿瘤血管的形成,逆转肿瘤耐药的效果也非常显著。本文通过对厚朴酚以往的研究,主要从细胞周期阻滞,细胞凋亡,抗转移,抗血管生成等方面对其在抗肿瘤领域的进展进行综述。

Abstract: Magnolol,one of the major components of Chinese traditional medicine Magnolia bark,has been proved to have obvious anti-tumor effects and low toxicity for normal cells.As an anti-cancer drug,magnolol can inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells,induce tumor cell apoptosis and inhibit tumor metastasis and tumor angiogenesis.Based on the previous studies of magnolol,the antitumor mechanisms of magnolol were reviewed from the aspects of cell cycle arrest,apoptosis,anti-metastasis and anti-angiogensis.
