荞麦蜂花粉抑制酪氨酸酶活性成分研究

摘要: 本实验研究了荞麦蜂花粉乙醇提取物不同组分对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的影响,并对其有效成分进行了分离及鉴定。结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂50%乙醇洗脱物对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制效果最明显,该部分经MCI、ODS柱分离,得到了三种鞣质类单体化合物:1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰-D-葡萄糖(1)、1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰-2-O-间-双没食子酰-D-葡萄糖(2)、葡萄糖上连了9个没食子酰基团的物质(3)。这三个化合物是首次从荞麦蜂花粉中分离、鉴定的鞣质类物质,在浓度为1 mg/mL时,化合物1、2、3对酪氨酸酶的抑制率分别为:60.77%、78.25%、53.64%。

Abstract: This study was aimed to investigate the effect of Buckwheat Bee Pollen ethanol extract on tryosinase activity.The results showed that 50% ethanol extract was the most sensitive part for inhibiting tyrosinase activity.Then three pure tannin compounds were further separated from this part by MCI and ODS column:1,2,3,4,6-five-O-galloyl-D-glucose (1),1,2,3,4,6-five-O-galloyl-2-O-between-double galloyl-D-glucose (2) and glucose that connected nine galloyl (3).These three compounds were firstly isolated and identified from Buckwheat Bee Pollen.When the concentration of compound 1,2 and 3 was 1 mg/mL,their inhibition rates on tyrosinase were:60.77%,78.25% and 53.64%,respectively.
