摘要: 珍稀药用真菌具有极高的应用和商业价值,但其生长缓慢、产量低、药用成分不稳定,使其大规模开发应用成为难题。本文综述了近几年珍稀药用真菌液体发酵动力学模型及其参数拟合优化方法,以及发酵产物合成代谢调控的研究进展,并对目前存在的问题及今后的研究方向进行了探讨。

关键词: 珍稀药用真菌, 数学模型, 动力学, 发酵代谢调控

Abstract: Rare and precious medicinal fungi have attracted much attention to theirs high application and commercial values.But they grew slowly,low yield and medicinal component were instable,hence their large-scale development and application became a problem.This review summarized the progress on the studies of rare and precious medicinal fungi in recent years,including theirs optimization method of fermentation parameters,kinetics of fermentation and metabolic regulation.In addition,some related problems and perspectives were also discussed.
