独山瓜馥木抗结核杆菌的化学成分研究

摘要: 探究独山瓜馥木乙醇提取物抑制结核分枝杆菌的活性成分,为发现新型先导物奠定基础,首先用石油醚和乙酸乙酯依次萃取独山瓜馥木乙醇提取物水溶液,然后使用改良罗氏培养基评价体外抗结核杆菌活性跟踪得到有效部位,再对跟踪到的有效部位通过硅胶柱层析分离得到抗结核杆菌活性化合物,结果发现独山瓜馥木的乙酸乙酯萃取物对结核杆菌具有明显的抑制作用,MIC值小于1 mg/mL,分离得到的5羟甲基糠醛对结核分枝杆菌具有较强的抑制作用,MIC值小于160 μg/mL,且该化合物为首次从瓜馥木属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: To evaluate the antiMycobacterium tuberculosis activity of extractions from Fissistigma cavaleriei ethanol extract,and lay the foundation for the discovery of novel lead compounds.Fissistigma cavaleriei ethanol extracts were extracted with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate respectively.The Modified LowensteinJensen Medium was used to evaluate the antiMycobacterium tuberculosis activity of the fraction.The active compounds were isolated from the activity of the fraction by silica gel column chromatography.We found the ethyl acetate fraction of Fissistigma cavaleriei ethanol extracts showed activity to inhibit Mycobacterium tuberculosis,with the value of MIC less than 1 mg/mL.And the isolated compound 5hydroxymethylfuraldehyde had a strong inhibitory effect on Mycobacterium tuberculosis,with the value of MIC less than 160 μg/mL,it was isolated from the plant for the first time.
