西洋菜中异硫氰酸酯类成分

Isothiocyanates from Nasturtium officinale

摘要: 本文采用气相色谱-质谱(GCMS)与计算机检索联用技术对云南昆明产西洋菜鲜品水蒸气蒸馏法得到油层和水层的乙醚萃取物进行了分析和鉴定。结果显示,西洋菜的提取物中含有萜类、醇类、醛类、酸类及醚类等,其中异硫氰酸酯类最为丰富。从油层的乙醚萃取物中检测出32个峰,确定了其中的26个化合物,其含量占全油的88.227%,其中异硫氰酸酯类分别为4甲基戊基异硫氰酸酯(0.019%)、1异硫氰酸基丁烷(0.111%)、1异硫氰酸基庚烷(0.014%)、2异硫氰酸苯乙酯(85.282%)、壬基异硫氰酸酯(0.021%)、3异硫氰酸苯丙酯(0.042%)等占全油的85.489%。水层的乙醚萃取物中检测出44个峰,确定了其中的24个化合物,其含量占全油的83.743%,其中异硫氰酸酯类仅含2异硫氰酸苯乙酯占全油的43.539%;其次,苯丙腈(15.933%)、2甲氧基4乙烯基苯酚(10.578%)、二苯胺(6.368%)等。并对西洋菜其他不同挥发性成分进行了系统分析对比,为其质量评价和进一步开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: In this paper,the GCMS and computer retrieval technique were applied to analyze and identify the ethereal extracts of oil and aqueous phase which were obtained from Nasturtium officinale R.Br derived from Kunming,Yunnan province,by steam distillation method.The results showed that various ingredients were detected in the extract,such as terpenoids,alcohols,aldehydes,acids,ethers and so on,among which the isothiocyanates were richest.The compounds of 26 were identified,88.227% of the total peak areas were identified.its content of isothiocyanates respectively 4Methylpentyl isothiocyanate (0.019%),1isothiocyanatobutane (0.111%),1isothiocyanatoheptane (0.014%),2isothiocyanatoethylbenzene (85.282%),nonyl isothiocyanates (0.021%),3isothiocyanatopropylbenzene (0.042%),accounting for 85.489%.The constituents of Nonvolatile which 44 peaks were separated,24 compounds were identified and accounted for over 83.743%,which contains 2isothiocyanatoethylbenzene accounted for 43.539%,Benzenepropanenitrile (15.933%),2methoxy4vinyl phenol (10.578%),diphenylamine (6.368%) etc.Furthermore,systematic analysis was conducted on the compositions and their relative contents of the volatile and nonvolatile components in N.officinale. which could build foundation for further utilization of this species.
