离子液体三相分离回收牛血清蛋白

摘要: 本文应用一种新的分离技术,用牛血清蛋白做模式蛋白,用离子液体代替传统的叔丁醇。离子液体,盐,蛋白质形成新型三相。通过对离子液体用量,盐用量,pH,提取温度进行探究,最终牛血清蛋白的回收率达到98%,证明用离子液体完全可以代替叔丁醇,离子液体三相分离回收天然产物中蛋白质是一种极其有发展前途的方法。

Abstract: In this paper,a new separation technology,ionic liquidbased three phase partitioning (ILTPP) systems was used.Bovine serum albumin was used as the model protein in these systems and ionic liquid replaced traditional tbutanol.Ionic liquid,salt and protein formed new phases.In this experiment,the mass of ionic liquid,the mass of ammonium sulfate,pH,and temperature were treated as experimental factors.Finally,the recovery efficiency can reach 98%.The result shows that ionic liquid can replace tbutanol.ILTPP for recovery protein is a promising method.
