摘要: 水苏糖是自然界存在的一种低聚糖,为水溶性膳食纤维,被誉为“天然超强双歧因子”,广泛存在于唇形科、豆科和玄参科植物中。目前,水苏糖在我国美容化妆品及保健品等领域有着广泛的应用,我国对其提取、分离纯化等方面的研究处于国际领先水平。在搜集大量关于水苏糖研究资料的基础上,本文对水苏糖提取纯化方法的研究现状做一综述,为相关的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Stachyose was an oligosaccharide,which is a water-soluble dietary fiber.It was knowned as “natural super bifidus factor” and was widely founded in the family of Labiatae,Leguminosae and Scrophulariaceae.At present,stachyose in China’s beauty cosmetics and health care product had a wide range of applications,our Country’s research on extraction,separation and purification was at the leading international level.On the basis of collecting a lot of research data on stachyose,the current situation of the extraction and purification of stachyose was reviewed and provided reference for the related research.
