改性橙皮生物吸附剂的制备及对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附研究

摘要: 研究了橙皮对Pb2+ 的吸附,分别采用H3PO4、NaOH、无水乙醇-NaOH、CaCl2-无水乙醇-NaOH等溶液对橙皮进行改性。探讨了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、吸附温度和溶液酸度对Pb2+ 吸附效果的影响。并采用扫描电镜和红外光谱对改性橙皮形貌及其吸附Pb2+ 前后进行表征。结果表明:四种改性橙皮中,以CaCl2-无水乙醇-NaOH为改性剂制备的改性橙皮对Pb2+ 吸附效果最好;吸附时间120 min时,改性橙皮吸附剂对Pb2+ 的吸附已达到饱和,最佳吸附温度为40 ℃,最佳吸附溶液酸度为pH=5.0;当Pb2+ 初始浓度为200 mg/L时,吸附剂最佳投入量为0.15 g,此时吸附率达94.43%,吸附量为126.17 mg/g。改性橙皮对Pb2+ 的吸附方式符合准二级动力学模型,通过Langmuir等温吸附方程模拟,改性橙皮的最大吸附量为156.98 mg/g。改性橙皮是性能良好、可重复使用、安全环保的生物吸附剂。

Abstract: The adsorption of Pb2+ by orange peel was studied,the orange peel was modified by H3PO4,NaOH,absolute ethanol-NaOH,CaCl2-anhydrous ethanol-NaOH,etc.The effects of adsorption time,adsorbent amount,adsorption temperature and acidity of solution on the adsorption of Pb2+  were investigated.The morphology of the modified orange peel before and after the adsorption of Pb2+  was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that in the four kinds of modified orange peel,the modified orange peel prepared with CaCl2- anhydrous ethanol - NaOH had the best adsorption effect on Pb2+.When the adsorption time was 120 min,the adsorption of modified orange peel adsorbent to Pb2+  was saturated.The optimum adsorption temperature was 40 °C,and the best adsorption solution acidity was pH=5.0.When the initial concentration of Pb2+  was 200 mg/L,the optimum input of adsorbents was 0.15 g,the adsorption rate could reach 94.43 % and the adsorption capacity could reach 125.57 mg/g;and the adsorption mode of modified orange peel on Pb2+ conforms to the quasi two stage kinetic model,the maximum adsorption capacity of the modified orange peel was 156.98 mg/g by the simulation of Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation.Modified orange peel was a biosorbent with good performance,reusability,safety and environmental protection.
