千层金精油含量和成分变化规律研究

Study on the changes of contents and compositions of essential oil in Melaleuca bracteata

摘要: 为了解不同部位和不同月份千层金精油含量和成分的变化规律,采用水中蒸馏法对2017年1~12月下旬的千层金叶片进行精油提取,利用GC-MS对其成分进行分析。结果表明:千层金叶片不同部位中,老叶的精油含量为0.282%,新叶的含量为0.268%,而根、茎干、枝条中精油含量极低;在一年之中,8月份的精油含量最高达1.10%,1月含量最低为0.25%;精油主要成分为甲基丁香酚;千层金精油含量在气温高,降水多的时候表现出较高的水平。研究结果阐明了千层金在不同月份和不同部位的精油含量和成分变化规律,为千层金精油的高效利用与开发提供科学依据。

Abstract: In order to understand the changes of the content and composition of essential oil from M.bracteata at different parts and different months,the essential oil in leaves of M.bracteata was extracted by steam distillation from January to late December 2017,and then essential oil composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of essential oil were 0.282% and 0.268% in old leaves and new leaves of M.bracteata,while the contents of essential oil in roots,stems and branches were very low.In one year,the content of essential oil in August was the highest,with 1.10%;in January,it fell to the trough,with 0.25%;Methyl eugenol was the main components of essential oil.The content of essential oil in M.bracteata shows a higher level in the condition of high temperature and humidity.The research results discovered that the change law of contents and compositions of essential oil in different months and different parts of M.bracteata,this provides scientific basis for the efficient utilization and development of M.bracteata essential oils.
