异槲皮素的制备及研究进展

摘要: 异槲皮素具有很好的研究和开发利用价值。本文介绍了异槲皮素的分布,综述了异槲皮素目前的制备方法,总结了异槲皮素的理化性质、药理活性及其安全性。指出研发高效、专一性强、单组分的α-L-鼠李糖苷酶是定向转化芦丁制备异槲皮素的有效途径。从研究现状及研发趋势来看,异槲皮素在一定剂量范围内可用于食品或药品添加,在进一步深入研究药理及其安全剂量的基础上,异槲皮素有望能在大健康产品的开发中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract:

Isoquercitrin has good research and development value.The distribution of isoquercitrin was introduced,and the current preparation methods,the physical and chemical properties,pharmacological activities and safety of isoquercitrin were summarized in this paper.The study of single component α-L-rhamnosidase with high efficiency and specificity are the effective way to prepare isoquercitrin from rutin.From the perspective of research status and development trend,isoquercitrin can be used for food or drug addition within a certain dose range.On the basis of further in-depth study of pharmacology and safe dose,isoquercitrin is expected to play a greater role in the development of health products.
