摘要: 对比研究了不同的方法与溶剂提取蚕蛹油,通过单因素试验研究了料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度三个参数对蚕蛹油提取率的影响,并通过正交试验确定了蚕蛹油的最佳提取条件。结果表明采用石油醚浸提的方法,料液比为1∶3,浸提时间为1 h,浸提温度为30 ℃时,蚕蛹油的提取率达到99.5%,酸价为6.9 mg/g,过氧化值为0.18 g/100 g,采用真空及活性炭吸附法进行脱臭脱色,最终可得到淡黄透亮的蚕蛹油。

Abstract: Different methods and solvent extraction of silkworm pupal oil were compared.The effects of material-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction tenperature on the extraction rate of silkworm pupal oil were studied by single factor experiment,and the optimum extraction conditions of silkworm pupal oil were determined by orthogonal test.The results showed that the extraction rate of silkworm pupal oil reached 99.5%,the material-liquid ratio is 1∶3,the extraction time is 1h,and the extraction temperature is 30 °C,the acid price was 6.9 mg/g,and the oxidation value was 0.18 g/100 g.Deodorization and decolorization are carried out by vacuum and activated carbon adsorption method.Finally,the silkworm pupa oil which is yellowish and translucent can be obtained.
