摘要:

为研究降香(Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum)的化学成分,应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等色谱技术进行分离纯化,从降香的乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,运用波谱学方法分别鉴定为isopterocarpolone(1)、紫檀醇(2)、4,7-二甲氧基-2′-羟基异黄酮(3)、7,4′-二甲氧基异黄酮(4)、3-(4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯基)-7-甲氧基-4H-色烯-4-酮(5)、(3R)-驴食草酚(6)、(3R)-3,2′-二羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基二氢异黄酮(7)、美迪紫檀素(8)、(6aS,11aS)-高紫檀素(9)、3,9-二甲基-6H-苯并呋喃[3,2-c]色烯-6-酮(10)。化合物12457为首次从降香中分离得到。化合物1689具有α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,IC50值分别为366.77 ± 1.46、113.11 ± 0.87、56.21 ± 1.01、92.63 ± 0.91 μmol/L,强于阳性对照阿卡波糖(528.00 ± 2.60 μmol/L)。

Abstract:

To investigate the chemical components of Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum,ten compounds were isolated from its ethanol extract by multiple column chromatography,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and high-performance liquid chromatography.Their structures were elucidated by means of extensive spectroscopic analysis as isopterocarpolone (1),pterocarpol (2),2′-hydroxy-7,4-dimethoxyisoflavone (3),7,4′-dimethoxyisoflavone (4),3-(4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenyl)-7-methoxy-4H-chromen-4-one (5),(3R)-vestitol (6),(3R))-3,2′-dihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyisoflavanone (7),medicarpin (8),(6aS,11aS)-homopterocarpin (9),3,9-dimethyl-6H-benzofuran[3,2-c]chromin-6-one (10).Compounds 1,2,4,5,7 were isolated from D. odorifera for the first time.Compounds 1,6,8 and 9 exhibited more potent α-glucosidase inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 366.77 ± 1.46,113.11 ± 0.87,56.21 ± 1.01 and 92.63 ± 0.91 μmol/L than that of positive control acarbose (528.00 ± 2.60 μmol/L).
