深海真菌Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1中的2个新化合物

Two new compounds from the deep-sea-derived fungus Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1

摘要:

为了研究深海真菌Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1的化学成分,采用多种柱色谱技术对其发酵产物进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振波谱、质谱、红外光谱等方法鉴定化合物结构,并采用DPPH自由基清除实验对分离得到的化合物进行了体外抗氧化活性测试。从Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1的乙酸乙酯提取物中共分离得到了7个化合物,分别为penithol(1)、penithochromone U(2)、penithochromone R(3)、penithochromone A(4)、penithochromone P(5)、penithochromone J(6)、penithochromone K(7)。其中化合物12为新化合物,分别命名为penithol和penithochromone U。活性实验结果显示,化合物13在1 mmol/L下DPPH自由基清除率为55.9%和40.9%,表明化合物13对DPPH自由基具有中等程度的清除能力。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the chemical components of ethyl acetate extracts from the deep-sea fungus Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1, compounds were isolated and purified using various column chromatography techniques, and their structures were identified by NMR, MS, and IR methods. The in vitro antioxidant activity of the isolated compounds 1-7 was assessed using the DPPH scavenging methods. Seven compounds were isolated from the EtOAc extract of Penicillium sp. SZWQM-1, including penithol (1), penithochromone U (2), penithochromone R (3), penithochromone A (4), penithochromone P (5), penithochromone J (6), penithochromone K (7), of which compounds 1 and 2 were new compounds, named penithol and penithochromone U, respectively. The results of the activity experiment showed that compounds 1 and 3 had DPPH free radical scavenging rates of 55.9% and 40.9% at a concentration of 1 mmol/L, indicating that compounds 1 and 3 have moderate scavenging abilities against DPPH free radicals.
