摘要: 采用HPLC法建立假马齿苋药材的指纹图谱,SPSS软件对数据进行统计分析,结果生成假马齿苋药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并使用聚类分析对指纹图谱进行了模式识别,有7批药材相似度在0.9以上,3批未达到0.9,相似度以及聚类分析结果与药材生长环境密切相关,指纹图谱和模式识别结合进行中药材质量控制,较全面的反应假马齿苋药材中的化学成分信息,可为评价假马齿苋药材提供了科学实验依据。

Abstract: To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Bacopa monnieri.And all data was analyzed by the SPSS statistical software.The common mode of HPLC fingerprint was established,and the cluster analysis was applied to study the HPLC fingerprint and Chemical pattern recognition.Similarity of7 batches of Bacopa monnieri was more than 0.9,and similarity of 3 batches was below 0.9,similarity and the result of cluster analysis had a certain relationship with collecting zone environment ofBacopa monnieri.The combination of fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition is an effective method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and can reflect the comprehensive information of Bacopa monnieri and provide the scientific experimental basis for evaluating Bacopa monnieri.
