高温高湿处理对再造烟叶烟梗原料显微结构及提取效果的影响

摘要: 利用高温高湿技术对再造烟叶烟梗原料进行处理,对比处理前后烟梗显微结构以及梗膏固含量的变化情况。结果表明,处理后烟梗润胀效果明显;梗膏固含量工序能力Cpk由0.27增加至0.65,准确度和精密度增加1倍;方差由1.0降低至0.6,波动性降低40%。

Abstract: After high temperature and high humidity treatment of reconstituted tabacco stem,while comparing the change of microscopic structure and Stem extract solid content before and after such treatment,the result showed that:swelling effect is evident after treatment;the Cpk of Stem extract solid content elevates from 0.27 to o.65,the degree of accurancy and precision doubles,variance reduces from 1.0 to 0.6 and volatility declines 40%.
