摘要: 红外光谱是近年来兴起的一种快速对复杂混合物进行分析的手段,在中药材研究中开始得到初步应用。文章综述了近年来红外光谱在中药定性分析中的应用,包括中药材产地、品种、真伪、不同部位、不同炮制品等方面的鉴别,以及将中药的红外光谱与化学计量学结合在中药定量分析中的应用。随着红外光谱仪器、计算机技术与化学计量学的不断发展和进步,红外光谱将在中药的分析与研究中发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Infrared spectroscopy is applied to rapidly analyze complex mixtures in recent years and obtain preliminary application on study of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).The present paper reviews the applications of infrared spectrometry in the qualitative analysis of TCM,including identification of origin,variety identification,true and false TCM,different parts of medicinal material and the identification of different processed products,in addition to quantitative analysis of TCM.With the ceaseless development and progress of infrared spectroscopy,computer science and chemometrics,infrared spectroscopy plays a vital role in analysis of TCM.
