马兰叶中总黄酮的提取

摘要: 本论文以提取马兰叶中的总黄酮类化合物为目的,采用纤维素酶辅助热浸提和热浸提两种方法进行提取,利用紫外分光光度法测得马兰叶中总黄酮类化合物为分别为17.14 mg/g和14.44 mg/g,纤维素酶辅助热浸提方法的平均回收率为94.60%,相对标准偏差为5.56%。

Abstract: To extract the total flavonoids in the Kalimeris indica leaves, the solvent extraction with cellulose enzyme as auxiliary agent and the traditional solvent extraction were compared. In the two extracts,contents of total flavonoids were 17.14 mg/g and 14.44 mg/g respectively by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The average recovery of solvent extraction with cellulose enzyme as auxiliary agent was 94.60%, with RSD =5.56%.
