中草药玄参的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.

摘要: 从中草药玄参Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.的乙醇溶液中分离得到14化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分析分别鉴定为柳杉酚(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、熊果酸(4)、鼠李糖(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、蔗糖(7)、咖啡酸(8)、油酸(9)、3-O-(6′-O-palmitoyl-β-D-glucosyl)-spinasta-7,22-diene(10)、clematomanshurica saponin E(11)、α-caryphy(12)、雪松醇(13)和Scrophuloside A4(14)。其中化合物358~14均为首次从玄参中分离得到。

Abstract: Fourteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Chinese herbal medicine Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl., which were identified as sugiol (1), β-sitosterol (2), lupaneol (3), ursolic acid (4), Rhamnose (5), daucosterol (6), sucrose (7), caffeic acid (8), oleic acid (9), 3-O-(6′-O-palmitoyl-β-D-glucosyl)-spinasta-7,22-diene (10), clematomanshurica saponin E (11), α-caryphy (12), α-cedrol (13), and scrophuloside A4 (14) on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic evidences. Compounds 3, 5, and 8-14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
