蒙药荠菜的化学成分研究

摘要: 对荠菜乙醇提取物进行了研究,利用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和HPLC等手段分离得到10个化合物,并根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定了10个化合物的化学结构,化合物分别为:苯甲酸(1);对羟基苯甲酸(2);香草醛(3);芹菜素(4),尿嘧啶(5);腺嘌呤(6);尿苷(7);腺苷(8);木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9);芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)。以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: The systematic investigation on alcohol extract of Capsella bursa-pastoris resulted in the isolation of 10 compounds by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.Structural elucidation of 10 compounds were aided by chemical evidences and spectral analysis.Their structures were identified as benzoic acid (1),p-hydroxybenzoic acid (2),vanillic acid (3),Apigenin (4),guanine (5),adenine (6),uridine (7),adenosine (8),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10).All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
