青脆枝小枝的化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents from Twigs of Nothapodytes nimmoniana

摘要: 对生长于云南省勐腊县的青脆枝小枝的化学成分进行分离鉴定。通过硅胶、MCI和Sephadex LH-20反复柱层析、纯化,从青脆枝小枝的90%甲醇提取物中分离得到19个化合物,运用现代波谱技术分别鉴定为:香树精(1)、7-酮基-β-谷甾醇(2)、豆甾醇(3)、谷甾-5-烯-3β, 7β-二醇(4)、丙氧基香树精(5)、鹅掌楸碱(6)、松柏苷(7)、丁香酸葡萄糖苷(8)、丁香苷(9)、咖啡酸(10)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(11)、(3R)-3,6,7三甲基十九碳酸甲酯(12)、喜树碱(13)、 9-甲氧基喜树碱(14)、10-羟基喜树碱(15)、麦黄酮(16)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(17)、胡萝卜苷(18)、谷甾醇(19)。其中化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract: The chemical constituents of Nothapodytes nimmoniana distributed in Mengla,Yunnan,China were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,MCI and Sephadex LH-20 and identified by chemical and spectral analyses.Nineteen compounds were finally isolated and purified from twigs of N. nimmoniana. Their structures were elucidated as β-amyrin(1),7-keto-β-sitosterol (2),stigmasterol(3),stigmast-5-en-3β,7β-diol(4),propyloxyamyrin(5),liriodendrin(6),coniferin(7),glucosyringic acid(8),syringin(9),caffeic acid(10),6,7-dihydroxycoumarin(11), (3R)methyl-3,6,7-trimethylnonadecanoate(12),camptothecine(13),9-methoxycamptothecine(14),10-hydroxycamptothecine (15),tricin(16),stigmast-5-en-3β,7α-diol(17),daucosterol(18),sitosterol(19).Compounds 1-12 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
