响应面优化柚皮苷制备根皮乙酰苯-4′-新橘皮糖苷工艺

Optimization of Preparation Process of Phloracetophenone-4′-beta-Neohesperiodoside from Naringin by Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 本文通过碱催化反应使柚皮苷水解为根皮乙酰苯-4′-β-新橘皮糖苷,利用响应面对溶剂、时间、碱浓度、温度、料液比等主要因素进行了优化。实验结果表明,柚皮苷水解为根皮乙酰苯-4′-新橘皮糖苷的最佳工艺条件如下:氢氧化钾为催化剂,水作为溶剂,碱浓度为15%(w/w),料液比为15(v/w),100 ℃反应2 h。柚皮苷水解为根皮乙酰苯-4′-新橘皮糖苷的产率最高达70%。

Abstract: The aim of this study was to obtain Phloracetophenone-4′-beta-Neohesperiodoside though the alkaline hydrolysis of Naringin.The process also included optimization of technic parameters by response surface methodology.The main factors including:solvent,the concentration of potassium hydroxide,temperature,the ratio of solution of potassium hydroxide to naringin.The result showed that the optimal reaction condition was as follow:water as solvent,reaction time for 2 h,the concentration of potassium hydroxide was 15% (w/w),the ratio of solution of potassium hydroxide to naringin was 15(v/w),reaction for 2 h at 100 ℃.The yield of Phloracetophenone-4′-Neohesperiodoside reached 70%.
