榆荚仁的化学成分研究

摘要: 采用柱色谱法和薄层色谱法等对榆荚仁的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。分离得到了β谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、5,7二甲氧基香豆素(3)、东莨菪素(4)、叶绿醇(5)、4α,14α二甲基24烯环阿屯烷醇(6)、12α羟基齐墩果7烯(7)。化合物2~7为该种植物内首次分离得到。

Abstract: The chemical constituents of Ulmus pumila seeds were analysed with chromatographic and spectral methods .Seven compounds were isolated from the seeds .Their structures were identified as βsitosterol (1),daucosterol (2),limettin (3),scopoletin (4),phytol (5),4α,14αdimethyl9β,19cycloergost24(24’)enalcohol (6),multiflor7en12αol (7).Compound 27 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
