天山堇菜化学成分、药理作用及质量评价研究进展

摘要:

天山堇菜(Viola kunawarensis Royle)作为新疆特色民族药材,具有悠久的药用历史。其主要分布于我国新疆、西藏、青海和四川等地。现代药理学研究表明,天山堇菜药材具有免疫调节、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗糖尿病、抗氧化等多种药理作用。该药材丰富的成分被认为是其药理作用的主要原因,且较多学者对该药材成分进行研究,具有黄酮、苯丙素、萜、甾体、生物碱、megastigmanes等多种类型成分。同时该药材多以野生为主,其品质的优劣对药效至关重要。因此,本文就天山堇菜的化学成分、药理作用及质量评价进行综述。旨在为天山堇菜的进一步开发和利用提供依据。

Abstract:

Viola kunawarensis Royle,a characteristic ethnic medicinal herb in Xinjiang,has a long history of traditional use.It is primarily distributed in Xinjiang,Tibet,Qinghai and Sichuan Province of China.Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that V. kunawarensis exhibits various biological activities,including immunomodulatory,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antidiabetic,and antioxidant effects.These pharmacological properties are attributed to its rich chemical composition,which has been extensively studied by researchers.Identified constituents include flavonoids,phenylpropanoids,terpenoids,steroids,alkaloids,and megastigmanes,among others.Since this herb is predominantly wild-harvested,its quality significantly impacts its therapeutic efficacy.Therefore,this review summarizes the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,and quality assessment of V. kunawarensis,aiming to provide a foundation for its further development and utilization.
