摘要:

恰玛古(Brassica rapa L.)是一种广泛种植和食用的十字花科芸薹属二年生草本植物,其丰富的化学成分和多样的药理活性引起了广泛关注。本综述对恰玛古的化学成分及其药理活性进行了全面总结。研究表明,恰玛古富含多种活性成分,包括硫代葡萄糖苷、异硫氰酸酯类、酚类、多糖和有机酸类化合物。这些成分赋予恰玛古广泛的药理作用,如抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、降糖和肾脏保护。本文综述了迄今为止关于恰玛古化学成分及其药理活性的研究进展,以期为其资源的深入开发和利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Brassica rapa L.,a biennial herbaceous plant of the genus Brassica in the Brassicaceae family that is extensively cultivated and consumed,has attracted widespread attention for its rich chemical components and diverse pharmacological activities.This review provides a comprehensive overview of B. rapa′s bioactive compounds and their pharmacological activities.Studies have demonstrated that B. rapa contains various bioactive compounds including glucosinolates,isothiocyanates,phenolic compounds,polysaccharides,and organic acids,which contribute to its diverse pharmacological effects,such as antibacterial,anticancer,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antidiabetic,and renal-protective activities.By synthesizing current research,this review aims to provide a scientific basis for the further development and application of B. rapa′s bioactive compounds.
