箬叶竹总黄酮提取工艺优化研究

Extraction optimization of total flavonoids from Indocalamus longiauritus organs

摘要:

竹类黄酮具有抗炎、抗菌和抗氧化等功效,在天然食品添加剂与防腐剂领域具有较大应用潜力。本文以箬叶竹为研究材料,为优化其总黄酮提取工艺,系统考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、超声波功率、时间、温度等关键参数,并分析了组织器官差异及采集月份对提取率的影响。结果表明,乙醇浓度对总黄酮提取率的影响最为显著,其次为料液比、提取时间和温度;最佳工艺条件为80%乙醇浓度、1∶25(g/mL)料液比、45 ℃超声温度、45 min超声时间和300 W超声功率;不同器官中,成熟竹叶的总黄酮含量最高,竹秆、鞭根和竹鞭次之,未展开叶最低;总黄酮含量呈现季节性变化规律,上半年递减而下半年递增,11月为最佳采集时间。本研究可为箬叶竹总黄酮的规模化提取及工业应用提供理论依据和工艺参考。

Abstract:

Bamboo flavonoids exhibit potential value as food additives and preservatives due to their anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antioxidant properties.Here,some key parameters,including ethanol concentration,solid-to-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power,time,temperature,and organs,was systematically investigated to optimize the extraction process of Indocalamus longiauritus leaf flavonoids.We found that ethanol concentration had the most important impact on flavonoid extraction efficiency,followed by solid-to-liquid ratio,extraction time,and temperature.The optimal extraction condition was identified as 80% ethanol concentration,a 1:25 (g/mL) solid-to-liquid ratio,45 ℃ ultrasonic temperature,45 min ultrasonic time,and 300 W ultrasonic power.Among different plant organs,mature leaves showed the highest flavonoid content,followed by stems,rhizomes,and underground runners,while unopened leaves had the lowest content.Furthermore,seasonal variations in flavonoid content were observed,with a decreasing trend in the first half of the year and an increasing trend in the second half,peaking in November as the optimal harvest time.This study provides theoretical and practical foundations for the extraction and industrial application of bamboo leaf flavonoids.
