响应面法优化荜茇中精油的CO2超临界萃取条件

摘要: 采用响应面法优化CO2超临界萃取荜茇精油的工艺研究。在单因素试验的基础上,选取萃取温度、萃取压力和动态萃取时间为自变量,以荜茇精油提取率为响应值,进行Box-Behnken中心组合实验设计,采用响应面法评估了这三种因素对荜茇精油提取率的影响。结果表明,CO2超临界萃取荜茇精油的最佳工艺条件为萃取温度49 ℃,萃取压力36.5 MPa,动态萃取时间180 min,在此条件下,荜茇精油的提取率达到5.57%。

Abstract: Response surface methodology (RSM) is applied to optimize supercritical fluid extraction process of essential oils from Piper longum L.Based on single experiments,the temperature of extraction,the pressure of extraction,the dynamic  extraction of time are selected for Box-Behnken central composite designing.RSM is employed to study the effect of these factors on yield of essential oils.The results indicates that the optimal extraction conditions are 49 ℃ as the temperature,36.5 MPa as the pressure,with 180 min extraction.Under this conditions,the extraction yield of essential oils is up to 5.67%.
