水杨酸对中草药中主要药效物质合成的影响研究进展

摘要: 中草药品质受到自身所合成的药效成分含量高低的影响,由中草药次生代谢所产生的一些产物是其主要药效成分。中草药中这些次生代谢产物功能之一是协助其抵御或适应外界不良条件,在该过程中相关防御基因被激活,使得相应次生代谢产物累积加强。水杨酸能够激活相关防御基因,通过对依赖于水杨酸的次生代谢途径进行调控可改变相应次生代谢产物合成水平。本文对中草药中水杨酸合成途径研究进展及存在的主要问题进行了简要的阐述。

Abstract: The quality of Chinese herbal plants is determined by the content of medicinal composition.Secondary metabolites of herbal plants as the medicinal composition,play cruial roles in response to environmental stress,under the stress resistance genes were activated and expressed,the content of some secondary metabolites increased.Salicylic acid(SA)can activate the resistance genes.In this paper,the progress in SA synthesis pathway and the influence of SA on the metabolism of the medicinal composition in Chinese herbal plants were described.
