Abstract: This study was to investigate the effect of enzymatic hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg on serum biochemical indexes and uterine luminal surface in ovariectomized rats to determine Rana chensinensis egg in the function value, as a basis for further of this resources. Bilateral ovaries ablated in order to Simulation model of postmenopausal women in Menopausal. After the rats fed with enzymatic hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg, the body weight and organ coefficient was observed. The serum TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, as well as ALP, ALT, AST levels were measured, and ultra structure of uterine luminal surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the rats were ovariectomized. Body weight, TC, TG, LDL-C, ALP, ALT, AST levels were significantly decreased and HDL-C level was significantly increased by feeding hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg compared with model control group.
