白黄小脆柄菇发酵液中的一个新的血苋烷型倍半萜

摘要: 从白黄小脆柄菇(Psathyrellacandolleana)发酵液提取物的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到一个新的血苋烷型倍半萜(1)和一个已知的没药烷型倍半萜(2)。通过质谱、核磁等方法确定化合物1的结构为15-hydroxy-drimenol。通过文献对照核磁数据确定化合物2为1α-hydroxy-bisabola-2,10-dien-4-one。

Abstract: A new drimanesesquiterpenoid15-hydroxydrimenol (1), together with a known germacranesesquiterpenoid1α-hydroxy-bisabola-2,10-dien-4-one (2),was isolated from cultures of fungus Psathyrellacandolleana. The new compound 1 was elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods,while the known compound 2 was identified by comparison of spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.
