艾草中倍半萜及其二聚体类化合物结构和药理活性研究进展

摘要: 艾草(Artemisia argyi)为我国传统中药材。研究发现,艾草中富含多种有效成分,倍半萜类化合物是艾草的主要活性成分之一。按骨架类型可分为愈创木烷型、桉烷型和其他类型倍半萜。近年来,从艾草中分离得到的倍半萜及其二聚体不仅结构新颖且其药理活性也较为广泛包括抗炎,抗肿瘤,神经保护,抗菌和抗病毒等。本文重点整理了艾叶中少量化学成分倍半萜及其二聚体的结构、活性以及生源途径,以期为艾草的进一步研究提供合理的科学依据。

Abstract:

Artemisia argyi,as a famous traditional Chinese medicine,is commonly known as Chinese mugwort (Aiye).Previous phytochemical investigation on A. argyi has led to discovery of many active ingredients.Among them,sesquiterpenes are one of the primary one.Based on the skeleton type,sesquiterpenes can be divided into the following types:guaiane-type,eudesmane-type and other types.Recently,comparatively minor amount of sesquiterpenes and its dimers are being the most popular metabolites of this plant owing to their great structural variety and widely ranging of biological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor, neuroprotective,antibacterial,antiviral activities,etc.Herein,this review will primarily focus on the structural and biological activities,as well as biosynthetic pathways of sesquiterpenes and sesquiterpenes dimers in A. argyi , hoping to provide a scientific basis for further research on A. argyi.
