反柄紫芝中二个新生物碱

Two New Alkaloids from Ganoderma cochlear

摘要: 利用各种色谱技术从反柄紫芝中分离得到6个化合物,借助波谱学方法鉴定了它们的结构,分别为:ganocochlearine A(1)、ganocochlearine B(2)、2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone(3)、8-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)- quinolone(4)、fornicatin A(5)和(3S,6S)-3-[(1′S)-1-methylpropyl]-6-(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione(6)。其中化合物1和2为新生物碱。

Abstract: Six compounds including two new alkaloids were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma cochlear. Their structures were identified as ganocochlearine A (1),ganocochlearine B (2),2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone (3), 8-hydroxy-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-quinolone (4),fornicatin A (5) and (3S,6S)-3-[(1′S)-1-methylpropyl]-6(phenylmethyl)-piperazine-2,5-dione (6),respectively by means of spectroscopic methods.Among these,compounds 1 and 2 were new alkaloids.
